About Nigel from The Breathing Studio

Hello, I’m Nigel Grimes, founder of The Breathing Studio. I am a holistic health practitioner, accredited by the FHT, the UK’s largest professional association for therapists. I am a qualified Buteyko breathing practitioner having trained with Patrick McKeown, the world-leading breathing expert and author from Buteyko Clinic International and the Oxygen Advantage Academy. I also have the latest Capnotrainer technology to support me in helping people to alleviate their health concerns and optimise their sporting performance.
